A space where art and everyday life meet
The L-shaped design of the new arts campus represents the concluding element of a significant socio-cultural development in the heart of Asse. Its strategic positioning allows the building to incorporate a green inner courtyard, while the volume of the structure is set back from the plot boundaries at various points, enhancing the public space.
A double facade system effectively responds to the changing context while homogeneity is maintained thanks to the extensive square dimensions.. Additionally, the facades serve as a structural framework, facilitating an open floor plan that fosters a sense of spaciousness within the interior.
