Adriaan is an architect and partner at Oskar. While studying architecture at Sint-Lucas Brussels, he developed a deep affinity for sustainable architecture and urban development. This passion is reflected in his role as Designlead, where he leads various projects that focus on combining functionality, sustainability and aesthetics. With extensive knowledge and experience, he knows how to navigate the complex permit processes as well as realise innovative designs. 

After studying architecture at Sint-Lucas Gent (KUL), Ann began her career at L3M Architects and grew to co-found Oskar architects. Her reliability and empathic approach make her highly appreciated by clients and colleagues alike.Thanks to her flexibility and problem-solving skills, she actively contributes to the progress of projects and daily operations within the office. Her focus on pleasant cooperation not only leads to positive results, but also strengthens the overall effectiveness and cohesion of the team.

For Ann, the essence of a project revolves around creating an environment where users can function optimally and experience spaces in the way they were originally intended.

Bo is a passionate architect with a heart for sustainability and a keen eye for detail. After completing her studies at the University of Hasselt and an inspiring summer internship in Italy, she has been active at Oskar since 2022. Bo has a clear ambition: to make the world a little more beautiful and sustainable, step by step.

With her gentle and empathetic approach, Bo strives to make working with others an enjoyable experience. She loves bringing order to chaos and believes that collaboration leads to the most beautiful results.

Bruce is an ir. architect and creative with a passion for both architecture and graphic design. He completed his Master in Architecture at the University of Brussels and refined his storytelling skills with a second Master in Graphic Storytelling at LUCA School of Arts.

Bruce is open-minded, which helps him develop innovative ideas and collaborate smoothly on inspiring projects. His knowledge allows him to bring designs to life with a fresh and critical eye.

Christine is a caring and thoughtful project architect! With an interlude in journalism, Christine found her way into architecture with her studies at KU Leuven. She joined our team in 2021, where she weaves her passion for sustainability and well-being into the designs.
A true Libra, with a Cancer-moon and Taurus rising, Christine brings a harmonious approach to everything she does. Her love for building began at a young age, from cardboard houses for her dolls to creating dream houses. Now her feet are in the earth, building the schools of the future for future generations!

Didier is an experienced and patient BIM modeller on our team. With a rich background in architectural drawing and project management, Didier knows how to detail every project. He is a team player who is always ready to support colleagues with his expertise and eye for detail. Didier's sociable and friendly character makes him a fine colleague and a good listener. Since 2023, he has been fully committed at Oskar, where he uses his experience and precision to shape complex construction projects in a clear and organized manner.

Dorottya is an enthusiastic project architect with a creative mind and a background in Hungary. She has been part of the team since 2023 and brings her extensive experience from various projects. With her passion for design and a sharp eye for details, she ensures that each project is not only beautiful, but also feasible and sustainable. 

Apart from her architectural skills, Dorottya is also an art lover. For her, painting is more than a hobby; it is a source of inspiration that sparks her creativity. Adventurous trips recharge her batteries and give her new ideas for designs. Dorottya looks forward to further developing her skills in parametric design and turning detail-oriented dreams into reality together with us!

Egon is an architect, construction lead and partner at Oskar. With an extensive background in both execution-oriented architecture and BIM, he strives to create functional and detailed designs that perfectly align with the project's vision and the client's needs

Egon obtained his degree in construction at the Hogeschool Sint-Lukas Brussel and perfected his knowledge in architecture at the University KU Leuven - Luca Arts in Ghent. He spent his early professional years at a2o Architects in Hasselt, where he gained valuable experience. Besides his passion for architecture, he is a proud father of two, an avid cyclist and values spending time with family and friends.

Elias is a Project Manager with a versatile professional background; from a Master's degree in Physical Education to studying Applied Architecture at Howest in Kortrijk.  Elias has found his way into the world of architecture and is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture at the Rotterdam Academy of Architecture, where he is further developing his passion for design.
Elias brings the sporting and musical touch to Oskar. He is a detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for graphics and he knows how to turn his creativity into visually strong designs. Thanks to his stress-resistance and autonomous working style, he keeps a tight rein on even the most challenging projects. 

Gregory has years of experience as a BIM Modeller with in-depth knowledge of various architectural software tools. After studying Architectural Arts and Construction Engineering, Gregory started his career as an intern at a construction company. Since then, he has further developed his expertise at different companies, to now apply his technical skills at Oskar.
Gregory is not only technically savvy, but also an adventurous spirit. His passion for travelling, running and playing guitar ensure that he is always looking for new inspiration. His flexible and independent working style, combined with a keen eye for detail, make him a valuable force in any project.

Gwendolyn is Team Lead, architect and partner. She has a passion for circular and sustainable architecture and reconversion projects and this radiates throughout her career. 
After completing her studies at KU Leuven, Gwendolyn pursued a postgraduate degree in real estate, followed by a postgraduate in circular construction. 

With her positive attitude and patient approach, Gwendolyn knows how to coordinate every project smoothly. She thinks problem-solving and is always eager to learn, which enables her to create innovative solutions. Her extensive knowledge makes her a versatile force in our team.

Jelke is an enthusiastic Team Lead, architect and partner at Oskar.
She brings not only a rich background in architecture, but also a wealth of experience and professional knowledge. With a Master's in Architecture from KU Leuven and additional studies in management, she is a true all-rounder in her field. 

Jelke is known for her creative ideas and spontaneous approach, always with an eye for detail and efficiency. This not only stimulates creativity within the team, but also ensures strong collaboration and an inspiring work environment.
Whether working on large-scale projects or guiding the team, Jelke ensures a smooth, flexible cooperation and a touch of fresh inspiration. Her passion for architecture and broad expertise make her an undeniable force in any project.

Jo is a BIM modeller who brings his creative graphic eye to architecture. After a long career in the graphic design industry, he made the transition to the construction sector, where he uses his drive and eagerness to learn to work out complex construction projects, down to the last detail. Jo is modest, a natural connector and enjoys shaping each new project he works on. In his work and beyond, he is someone who appreciates the small and big moments.

As both office manager and landscape architect, Karine is the heart of Oskar. With years of experience in garden and landscape architecture and a keen eye for detail, she keeps everything running smoothly at Oskar. Karine is both caring and demanding, and her enthusiasm ensures a positive atmosphere within the team. 

Since 2016, she has been coordinating all office activities with precision, while pursuing her passion for landscape architecture in various projects. Her organisational skills, combined with a warm and thoughtful approach, make her a rock in the team and a beloved point of contact for both colleagues and clients.

Lauren is a driven engineer-architect with a passion for sustainability and a keen eye for detail. After studying at KU Leuven, where she obtained a Masters in Engineering - Architecture, she gained valuable experience in various design offices.
 
With a solution-oriented approach and strong independence, Lauren tackles each project with enthusiasm. Her interest in everything creative, from architecture to landscape design, always keeps her inspired. In her spare time, she heads into nature for a brisk hike, where she gets new ideas and clears her head. 

Lin brings a fresh energy to our team with her passion for innovation and keen eye for detail. Her studies at Sint-Lucas Brussels form the basis of her strong design skills and her talent for aesthetics and functionality. After her studies, Lin attended an extra year at Design for Impact in Ghent, where she participated in a Biodesign competition in New York. This experience further deepened her interest in sustainability and circularity, broadening her perspective on future-focused design.. 

Lin is known for her curious mind and her willingness to tackle any challenge. With her creative vision and her ability to organise projects tightly and efficiently, Lin contributes to telling our finest architectural stories. She uses her knowledge and talent with enthusiasm to bring each project to life and shape the future with us.

Lisbet is our passionate interior designer with a passion for space, materials and proportions. She gained her expertise at KU Leuven, where she graduated cum laude with a Masters in Interior Architecture. Her career is colourful and multifaceted, with experience in both set design for the Flemish Opera and creating inspiring interiors at various architecture firms.

Lisbet is detail-oriented and persistent, and this is reflected in every project she touches. For her, designing is a perfect blend of commitment and expertise. Her critical vision and perfectionism propel her towards the end goal of every design. 

Ludo is an architect with a wealth of experience and a passion for honest, functional architecture. After an impressive career, which included working as a director at Oskar in Dilbeek, he remains involved with our team as a board member. With his background in architecture and scenography, he knows how to combine technical precision with creative insight.

In his spare time, Ludo enjoys painting, bringing his love for art and culture to life. His designs are deeply rooted in respect for nature, and he appreciates the beauty of structures and building blocks. Ludo believes in architecture that is essential and inclusive-without frills, but full of meaning. Now that he is retired, he looks forward to continuing to share his knowledge and supporting the team in realizing sustainable and meaningful projects!

Marie-Anne brims with energy and enthusiastically commits to every project! She graduated magna cum laude from KU Leuven in 2023 and went on Erasmus in Lisbon. She brings a unique blend of creativity and drive. 

She truly thrives in an inspiring atmosphere—where ideas can flow freely and different perspectives come together. Her passion for design also extends beyond her work; in her free time, she enjoys making furniture and other creative indulgences.

Mariken is a driven architect with a passion for renovation and storytelling through design. After graduating magna cum laude from KU Leuven, she further developed her talents in Italy and Japan. 

On weekends, you can often find Mariken walking through the Sonian Forest or enjoying a concert at the AB, always looking for new inspiration. Her flat is her personal creative playground, full of unique finds from flea markets-a project that will never really be finished! With a penchant for handmade sketches and an open mind for collaboration, she brings fresh ideas to every project. Mariken believes that every building has a story to tell.

Martha is an architect and graduated cum laude with a master's degree in architecture from KU Leuven andand later studied photography for an additional year. With a passion for light and composition she developed during her studies, Martha provides a fresh perspective on architecture and landscape. In 2021, she curated the Festival of Architecture, which further strengthened her commitment to the world of architecture. As a budding and eager to learn architect, she feels completely at home on the construction site, gaining valuable practical experience. 

In her free time, she enjoys nature, where she likes to hike with her two dogs or go running. Her passion for nature is reflected in her designs, where she is always looking for the perfect connection between architecture and surroundings.

Nele is a tender manager. During her studies in interior design and graphic design, she developed a strong passion for visual creativity and aesthetics. In her role at Oskar, Nele ensures that each tender project forms a harmonious whole, with quality at its core. With her knowledge of interior design and graphic design, she knows better than anyone how to present and shape a project in an appealing way

Her patient and helpful nature makes her an invaluable link in our team. As a creative jack-of-all-trades, Nele loves working with her hands, whether it is in jewellery design, illustration or creating atmospheric interiors. She is a beautifier who strives for beauty and functionality. 

Nicolas is director and partner of Oskar. He graduated cum laude from Sint-Lucas Architecture Brussels (KUL) and was selected by the faculty to participate in the Vlaams Bouwmeesters' Meesterproef in 2011. 

As co-founder of Oskar architects, Nicolas has made a significant contribution to the field, sharing his expertise in contemporary educational infrastructure through lectures at universities and collaborations with academic research projects. He is also frequently invited to think tanks, where he offers insights into innovative approaches for educational environments. Nicolas is a driving force in connecting theory and practice within the architecture world, with a passion for forward-looking solutions.

As an architect, director and partner, Peter brings with him more than 35 years of experience. After graduating from Sint-Lukas Brussels in 1988, he specialised in school construction, nurseries and social housing construction. 

In addition to his architectural work, Peter inspires the new generation as a lecturer at LUCA School of Arts, where he shares his knowledge and enthusiasm with the next generation of designers on the construction and interior design course. 

Sara is an urban planning architect. Sara obtained her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering in Budapest, before completing her master's degree in architecture at KU Leuven. With a passion for social architecture and participatory practices, she strongly believes in the impact architecture can have on our communities.

Sara is an analytical and critical thinker who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Her organisational talents came in handy when she started a book club. In her spare time, she enjoys discovering new recipes to bake and bouldering.

Simon is a project architect on our team, with a passion for architecture and a flawless eye for finish and detail. After completing his studies at Sint Lucas Brussels, where he graduated cum laude and earned a Master's in Architecture, he has further developed his expertise and interests at Oskar.

His love for calm, warmth and coziness is reflected in his designs, which are always focused on creating a pleasant atmosphere. Although he has a calm and gentle demeanour, he often surprises with witty and sharp insights. Simon calls himself an ‘exactist’, which he describes as a verbose term for someone who works with care and precision. His goal? Putting all the puzzle pieces together into a thoughtful design that makes the user happy!

Thaïsa is an architect and project manager. With a passion for architecture and a keen eye for detail, she strives for perfection in every project. After completing her studies at Sint-Lucas Brussels, she started as an intern at Oskar Architects in 2018 and has since grown into the role of project manager.

Thaïsa is always willing to help colleagues and finds satisfaction in sharing her knowledge from sharing her knowledge. Her caring nature, combined with her commitment to high-quality projects, is a valuable asset to her skill set.

Vanessa is a project architect. After her studies at Sint-Lucas Brussels and Ghent and an inspiring Erasmus experience in Oslo, she has already put her creative stamp on various architectural projects. These span different scales, from design to execution, both private and public. 
With her extensive knowledge of the field, she knows how to bring each design to life. Vanessa is spontaneous and contributes to a fine and productive collaboration. With her eye for detail, flexible approach and positive energy, Vanessa is ready to create the most beautiful architectural stories every time!

Wim is an architect and project manager with over 25 years of experience in the field, backed by a solid background in healthcare architecture and construction technology. He began his career in an urban planning consultancy in Brussels and has since left his mark on countless projects, from homes, offices and residential care centres to hospitals. 

Wim is a master in coordination and consultation, and his patience and enthusiasm ensure that each project always runs smoothly. He combines technical knowledge with an eye for aesthetics, resulting in beautiful, functional designs.
Outside his architectural adventure, Wim enjoys sailing, hiking and woodworking, where he can further indulge his creativity and love of craftsmanship. 

Ynse is an architect and project manager. With her optimism and excellent communication skills, she finds her niche in every project. Through her precision and candid approach, she manages to inspire both the team and clients about the design and construction process. 

After her studies at KU Leuven and internship at Oskar, Ynse found her permanent place within the team. Always with a smile and full of energy, she enjoys interacting with people and exchanging ideas.
