La Dentelle
A woven whole of history and contemporary living
La Dentelle is a renovation project breathing new life into three historic townhouses and their workshops in the heart of Brussels. Once home to a lace workshop (hence the name) and one of the city's oldest hotels, these buildings will be transformed into a mixed-use development featuring 15 unique apartments and 2 commercial spaces.
The project prioritizes preserving the original character and charm of the buildings while creating modern living spaces. From cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments, there's something for everyone. The former lace workshops will be converted into stunning triplex and quadriplex apartments, showcasing the original skylights and creating bright, airy spaces.
The two inner courtyards will be transformed into vibrant green spaces, and residents will enjoy a communal area and ample bike storage on the ground floor. This project pays homage to the rich history of the buildings while offering high-quality living in the heart of Brussels.
