Dokter Willems building

The Dokter Willems building in Hasselt is getting a new lease on life! With our design, we bring young and affordable housing to the city center through smart and efficient use of space. The iconic facade and tower are preserved, ensuring the building remains recognizable as an important part of Hasselt’s history. At the same time, we add a public passage under the tower, offering cyclists and pedestrians a new connection.

At the heart of the project is a shared green courtyard – a calming space where residents and local community members can come together. An oasis of greenery and connection in the middle of the city.

Our design is a fusion of history, sustainability, and a modern urban vision.
