This ambitious new Civic Building on Ghent's Koningin Fabiolalaan will be a vibrant learning and community hub near the city center. It will house a primary school with a daycare, a sports hall, and youth facilities. A welcoming public square, framed by the building, bike parking, and a green space, will be a gathering place for the neighborhood and the school.

The building's design ensures that there are plenty of outdoor spaces with different atmospheres. Indoor and outdoor areas flow seamlessly together, creating a harmonious balance. A stepped-back terrace, or "City Balcony," offers a great view of the square and the neighborhood, connecting the building with the community.
